Return and refund policy
30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We currently do not provide return shipping labels. The item must arrive at our return address within 30 days after it is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
To start a return, contact us at support@softandcotton.com. If your return is approved, you may proceed with shipping the item back to us. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging. Items not returned in their original packaging will be subject to a partial refund of 70 percent of the Soft & Cotton product cost. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

100 Nights Guarantee
Experience peace of mind with our exchange based 100 night guarantee. If your Soft & Cotton product tears or splits during normal use within the first 100 nights, we will replace it with a brand new one at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Return Shipping Cost and Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued for the cost of the returned items only. Any shipping fees or additional services, including expedited processing or insurance, are non refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item within 30 days of delivery, please send photo or video evidence to support@softandcotton.com and we will send a replacement at no cost with expedited shipping.
Customer remorse: If the wrong product was ordered or an exchange is requested, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds If Applicable
Once your return is received and inspected or your cancellation request is processed, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If Applicable
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Most banks take 2 to 4 business days to complete the refund process.
If the amount is still not reflected after this period, contact us at support@softandcotton.com to request your Authorization Number. You may provide this number to your bank for further assistance.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
